Height adjustable wash basin bracket

Use:

The electric height adjustable wash basin is good to adapt diffferent users' requirement.  It is with maximum flexibility for multiple users or changeable conditions. The proper height allows independence people seating on wheelchairs when using the wash basin. Especially, the electric control make the height adjustment much more easier than manual.

The back column is with electric push rod inside , and tilted  mirror comes along with this system to cover the whole unit.

The washbasin is optional , any basin 600mm wide can fit on the our basin holder bracket.

The taps, water pipes and flexible drain pipe are optional too .

Features:

• High Quality-The wash basin bracket is made of super solid aluminum alloy. The load in push is 2000N and the load in Pull is 2000N too.  It needs able to carry the weight of a basin, as well as support the weight of a person who is using the wash basin to rise from seating position or leaning against the wash basin, as long as the washbasin is strong enough to afford such weight.  (Washbasin is quoted saperately ) It has passed the static test and life cycle test according to ISO 17966:2016.

• Maximum Flexibility - The wash basin bracket suits all bolt-mounted washbasin. And the height is adjustable to meet different user's requirement. Stoke Lenght is  200mm. The speed of sliding is 9mm/second

• Construction: The electrical push pod is upword the washbasin , which is in different area of the water lines , provide more safety to users. The water lines and pipes are under the washbasin, which is convenient for users to maintain it . The rich space underneath the basin is easier for the wheechairs to enter in.

• Install Easily -  Wall mounted by screws from the track to the wall. And just hang the rack of on the track and fix it with the well desinged lock mechanism. The mirror is just hanged on the back column .

     Please Note: The foldable design is for raising the bar to a vertical position when not needed, but there is probably a little horizontal wiggle when pulled down, please don't worry that It's a normal and secure when using it.

2. The end of the bracekt over is capped with ABS.

3. The fixing kits and fasteners are made of stainless steel.

4. The front cover of the wall track is PVC.

5. The front cover for the push pod is stainless steel

6. The mirror is with aluminum frame.

7. The ceramic basin is not included in the price ( it is quoted saperately)

Cleaning:

1. The Aicube Care product is to be cleaned with hot water or a mild soapy cleaning agent.

2. We recommend that chalky deposits be removed from aluminum parts using a solution of 3:7 acetic acid: tap water. When the aluminum parts have been washed down with this solution, the parts must be wiped over with a damp cloth, wrung out in clear water. The product must be wiped down with a soft rag wrung out in clear water immediately after cleaning, as some materials may otherwise be discolored and stained, and the surface coating may deteriorate.
